The third generation of rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB (NdFeB) is the permanent magnet with the strongest magnetic force in contemporary magnets. The material grade is N35-N52; it has not only high remanence, high coercive force, high magnetic energy product, high performance price ratio and so on. Various shapes can be processed according to specific requirements. It has been widely used in aerospace, electronic and acoustic, instrument, technology, leather handbags, packaging boxes, toys, medical technology and other equipment used in permanent magnetic field, especially for the development of high performance, miniaturized and lightweight products.

Surface treatment:

Sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic material is a kind of powder metallurgy material with strong chemical activity. Its hard surface is brittle and easy to be oxidized and corroded. Based on this characteristic, the effective method is to add protective coating on the surface. Usually, the surface will be nickel plated, galvanized, gold plated and epoxy plated.
